Kombucha Moonshine Queen:
I've been brewing my own kombucha for four years now, and I have a very healthy and hearty SCOBY in my pantry that I love to experiment with. Similar in benefit to a shot of vinegar, kombucha is considered a raw food and helps reduce inflammation in the body, and provides probiotics for ultimate gut health. I started drinking kombucha 22 years ago, when I learned of it from my sister, owner of Inside Out Body Therapies Pilates and Holistic Health in Durham, NC.
If you're looking to get started, or just learn more about it, Kombucha, Kefir, and Beyond contains healthy, innovative recipes and instructions to show you how to brew your own.
