What's in your collection?

I've always been a crafty girl, and now I'm a crafty mama! I love all things Klutz! Besides being a sure-fire hit for gifts, Klutz books are instant boredom busters any time of year. Some kits can serve as party themes, like nails, hair, or jewelry making. Klutz books are wonderful for hobbiests, and when I went to search all books Klutz, there were 100 pages of Klutz titles listed on Amazon alone. These books are for both boys and girls, to inspire and encourage creative talents,  like science, astronomy, inventions, knitting, crochet, jewelry making, clay works, paper art, LOTS of humor (which I love), and truly enough different novelty books to please anyone’s taste. Additionally, the kits can be combined, like I use the dot-paper-jewelry-cutouts in my scrapbooking and pop collage frame. I believe everyone has an inner need to create, some sort of artistic form of expression that needs to come out. Klutz kits are brilliantly designed to appeal to all ages, and though most may appeal more to girls, there are plenty kits out there for boys. I have learned that creating, coloring, just sitting and making something (not work related!) has been proven to lower blood pressure and reduce stress. The creative process can actually become a form of meditation, as in, your breathing becomes deep and relaxed, and the mind is able to rest. Whatever creation you have within you, I encourage you to find a way to release it, and if your children show interest in art, especially at early ages, encourage those talents. One way is to have a supply of crafty stuff around the house, and Klutz books and kits can help make that a whole lot easier!

HAVE A VERY KLUTZ-Y DAY!
